 Actually input streams of vls are defined in its config file, I suggest
you make a fifo-file (with mkfifo) in order to pipe ffmpeg.

 Then you'll just have to play that file in loop with vls, be sure to
output a MPEG 1 or 2 stream of ffmpeg.
