DVB-S streaming with videolan server

I has not much been cleaned-up... But it is on it's way ! You still
the external program "DVBset" to focus on the frequency, and the PIDs
are written in hard in the vls sources. So, if you want to change the
channel broadcasted, you need to re-compile the vls :-) .

To stream from a DVB-S card, we need the DVB-Nova. For few technical
details, the Hauppauge DVB-S gives AVPES MPEG2 datas, and the
WinDVB-Nova device gives MPEG2-TS that the vls can (with a little patch
on PAT parsing) read.
That means that you can't use the WinDVB-S unless you write a patch
to convert AVPES->TS in the vls. Here we use WinDVB-Nova, and it works
great !
