DVB-S streaming with videolan server

1) If you look at my latest Quickstart-0.3, it's
possible to write out a .vob (I used ffmpeg) and have vls stream
from that as you write, with a bit of a delay.

2) Broadcast works from that to both Linux & Windows vlc clients.
I only got multicast to work vith Linux vlc clients (will be
testing Windows vlc CVS versions soon).

3) I don't know how the Hauppauge DVB compares to the Hauppauge PVR,
but so far with the PVR I've been unable to get the Kfir code
from pvr.sf.net to recognize the SAA711x chip, so live video streaming
from the PVR card compressed MPEG still doesn't work (the
videolan folks are using a different Kfir-derived card found
at linuxtv.org). The Kfir code does recognize the MSP43xx
chip on the card, so I'm somewhat hopeful that if I get SAA711x
recognized the videolan video streaming stuff will get sync.

If you have a way to recognize the SAA, please send to me.
