[vls-devel] [ANN] VLS 0.5.4

The VideoLAN team is happy to announce version 0.5.4 of the VideoLAN Server !

This release fixes two major bugs:

   - the "program_number don't match" bug: read
     http://www.via.ecp.fr/via/ml/vls-devel/200311/msg00012.html
     for more details about this fix.

   - a bug in the RTP option that made VLS consume unnecessary resources.

Note that you should now use libdvb 0.5.0 instead of the old libdvb
0.2.2 if you want to stream DVB channels.
