As I said in streaming at videolan.org, VLS 0.5.4 with libdvb-0.5.0 is
broken: you can't tune to a frequency for receive a DVB channel.

A temporary workaround is to use libdvb-0.2.2 and change
src/modules/dvbinput/dvbinput.cpp line 154 and switch the 2 last
arguments of the "init" function.

If you don't want to use this workaround, wait for VLS 0.5.5 :)
