[vls-devel] question

hi for all,

i have 3 question:

1)  if VLS before he send  the information, he create sdp file?

2) i streamed by VLS mepg2 . my question is: at the vls.exe file there are
sentence 
    video: 0x83,131 - what is the meaning of the 2 numbers?

3) at the document of VLS it say that vls knew to stream mpeg4 , how can i
config it at the config file ?
