videolan-faq.xml : modified the "VLC vs VLS" question to explain the
important technical difference between the 2 programs. I only updated
the english and french versions... we need to have something to manage
this kind of versionning ! All ideas are welcomed.

vlc-user-guide/modules.xml : updated the status of the interfaces.
