[www-doc] Updated german translation of the FAQ

Hello,
I've updated the german translation of the FAQ and removed a few 
strings, of which I think that they were italian. I've uploaded an 
archive containing the modified HTML-document to 
<ftp.videolan.org/incoming>.

Please upload and merge it with the other files.
