[www-doc] I wish to translate English to Dutch

I find VLC media player truly superb and wish to contribute to the 
project. I wish I could donate some money but as I'm unemployed for the 
moment, my financial situation is rather dull. Still plenty of time to 
support the project. If translation is required from English to Dutch, 
I'm your man! Just give me info on how to do this in the best possible 
way or send me text you want to have translated.
