[www-doc] Suggestion: replace self-signed SSL-certs with cacert

Hi,

I noticed that you're using self-signed certs for your trac and other https 
pages.

I'd suggest to switch to certs from the free ssl authority cacert. It's based 
on a communtiy/web-of-trust-system and imho the free software community 
should support such an approach.
