[www-doc] No picture when in Appalachia Style-sheet

Hello,

I recently changed my 'Board Style',
While using the standard 'SubSilver' style the VLC Cone with some 
textballoons is on the up left of the screen, when using Board there is 
the picture of a broken picture, and when I looked for the picture 
itself, it gave me a 404 Error.
I am using FireFox 2.0.0.2 on Ubuntu 06.11 'Edgy'
