+Cette page se destine uniquement aux utilisateurs et utilisatrices de VLC 3.0.12 et 3.0.13.<br/>
+À cause d'une erreur dans le code du système de mise à jour automatique, la nouvelle version sera téléchargée, son intégrité vérifiée, mais elle ne sera pas installée. Ceci est un problème grave, et nous aimerions vous présenter nos excuses pour cela.<br/><br/>

+<h3>Instructions:</h3>
+Afin de mettre à jour vers la version 3.0.14, vous devrez vous rendre sur <a href="https://www.videolan.org/vlc">https://www.videolan.org/vlc</a> pour télécharger et installer manuellement la nouvelle version de VLC.<br/>

+Si vous avez déjà téléchargé la mise à jour via VLC et que vous ne souhaitez pas re-télécharger l'installeur, vous pouvez l'exécuter manuellement en ouvrant l'explorateur de fichier windows (Touche Windows + E, ou bien en cliquant sur l'icone de l'explorateur de fichiers) puis en rentrant <em>%TEMP%</em> comme destination.<br/>
+Vous trouverez l'installeur dans ce dossier, il portera le nom «vlc-3.0.14-win32.exe» ou «vlc-3.0.14-win64.exe» respectivement, selon si vous utilisez un version 32bits ou 64bits de Windows.<br/>

+<h3>Post mortem:</h3>
+Le 10 Mai 2021, l'équipe VideoLAN a publié la version 3.0.13 de VLC, et a activé les mises à jours automatiques vers cette nouvelle version.<br/>
+Ceci se déroule généralement sans encombre et il suffit d'accepter la proposition de VLC de se mettre à jour, la mise à jour se télécharge, s'installer, et c'est tout.<br/>
+Cependant, et malheureusement, cette fois si le choses sont différentes, et quelques étapes supplémentaires seront nécessaires.<br/>
+Le problème a été introduit dans la version 3.0.12, mais il n'est devenu apparent que lorsque nous avons lancé la version 3.0.13.<br/>
+Bien que le problème soit reglé dans la version 3.0.14, nous ne pouvons pas déployer cette correction nous même pour les gens ayant déjà installé la version 3.0.12.<br/>

+Per poter aggiornare a VLC 3.0.14, bisogna scaricare VLC dal sito <a href="https://www.videolan.org/vlc">https://www.videolan.org/vlc</a> e installare l'applicazione manualmente.<br/>

+Se l'aggiornamento e' gia' stato scaricato, si puo' lanciare manualmente accedendo all'esplora risorse (tasto Windows + E, o semplicamente cliccando sull'icona) ed usare <em>%TEMP%</em> come destinazione nella barra degli indirizzi.<br/>
+Il programma di installazione sara' in quella cartella col nome «vlc-3.0.14-win32.exe» o «vlc-3.0.14-win64.exe» rispettivamente, in base alla version di Windows in uso (32bit o 64bit).<br/>

+<h3>Spiegazione post-mortem:</h3>
+Il 10 maggio2021, l'organizzazion VideoLAN ha rilasciato VLC 3.0.13 ed abilitato gli aggiornamenti automatici.<br/>
+Questo processo dovrebbe essere relativamente semplice, con una notifica che appare per avvisare che e' disponibilie un aggiornamento - basterebbe cliccare su Download e far partire l'installazione e basta.<br/>
+Tuttavia e sfortunatamente per questo aggiornamento in particolare bisogna ancora effettuare un paio di passaggi manuali per completare l'operazione.<br/>
+Il problema e' stato introdotto nella versione 3.0.12, ma non e' stato trovato fino a quando non e' stata rilasciata la versione 3.0.13.<br/>
+L'aggiornamento 3.0.14 risolve questo problema e dobbiamo assicurarci che tutti gli utenti effettuino l'aggiornamento a questa versione per poter garantire che gli aggiornamenti futuri vengano installati correttamente.<br/>

+Para atualizar o VLC para a versão 3.0.14, é necessário the navigar para <a href="https://www.videolan.org/vlc">https://www.videolan.org/vlc</a> e baixar e instalar o VLC manualmente.<br/><br/>

+Se você já executou a atualização automática que baixou a nóva versão do VLC, é possivel de iniciar a instalação manualmente: Abré o explorador do Windows (Tecla Windows + E ou clique no ícone do explorador) e navegue para <em>%TEMP%</em>. Você deve encontrar o programa the instalação aqui, nomeado vlc-3.0.14-win32.exe ou vlc-3.0.14-win64.exe respectivamente a versão de Windows de 32bit ou 64bit.

+<p>Em 10 de maio de 2021 a organização VideoLAN publicou a versão 3.0.13 do VLC e ativou a atualização automatica. Isso normalmente é simples, uma janela iria aparecer com a informação sobre a nóva versão, você clique baixar e instalar e é isso. Contudo e infelizmente, para essa atualização particular, alguns passos addiçionais serão necessários. O problema é introduzido na versão 3.0.12, mas não se tornou óbvio até publicar a versão 3.0.13. Enquanto o problema é resolvido na versão 3.0.14, não é possivel fiar-se nisso para usários que já instalaram a versão 3.0.12.</p>
