[x264-devel] Packaging libx264

Hello,

I have done the scripts for libtooling and debian packaging
of libx264 from the videolan site. If anyone is interested,
I can upload them somewhere.

Some points that can be fixed early in the development:
1. The directory name 'core' interferes with the clean-hook.
   I've changed it to 'Core' but that may not be acceptable
   to case-insensitive systems.
2. The use of relative paths in include-file specification;
   e.g.'#include "../something.h". This can be avoided
   by specifying search-paths for includes.
3. Name clashes in core/i386 asm files.

Hope I've not been presumptious.
