I've played hours of video encoded with x264 and cabac with the
libavcodec decoder.  Occasionally there are black rectangles appearing
for one frame in regions with rapid motion.  I don't know whether this
is a problem with the encoder or the decoder.  I've seen no other
obvious problems.
