[x264-devel] video conferencing

Hi ,  
  I'm developing a video conferencing tool. I'm in a search to get a good free codec or trial version. as I'm a naive in the field of codec I want to know the following cases. is any open source H264 Encoder and decoder which I can Integreat with my code. I'm expecting a DLL without capturing and networking part. what about vfw support in that codec. If it is not possible it is good to get atleast an Idea about H263 opensources.
