Unfortunately it's Windows only. So, no way for us Mac OS X users or
for the Linux users. Furthermore Avisynth is only for Windows too, if
I'm not mistaken.

Now that x264 allows non-mod16 resolutions (commit r327)(but I have
still to try it), it would be much easier to transcode HD 1080p
material to MP4 container with the aforementioned plugins.
