hello,everyone

now i fix bugs of mmx/sse2 16x16 predict function (predict_16x16_p_mmx,predict_16x16_p_sse2),and present for you.
as they runs 4096000 times,
predict_16x16_p used 4699000 us
predict_16x16_p_mmx used 1393000 us
predict_16x16_p_sse2 used 880000 us

and it can reduce 0.7 ms per frame in a 300 frames D1 sequence encoding in my dell2850.

i wish it can help you.
