[x264-devel] x264 artifacts

Hi,

I have a small movie clip that when encoded with x264 r532 (downloaded 
from http://x264.nl/) creates rather ugly artifacts. I decoded the clip 
with ffdshow so I don't know if the problem is within x264 or ffdshow. 
The artifacts are shown very clear as flickering blocks during a scene 
with red letters on a white van.

I have a approx. 200MB large MPEG2 file and my encoded result which I 
can send, upload or make available to some developer if you are interested.
