[x264-devel] x264_encoder_reconfig PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I'm trying to use the x264_encoder_reconfig function to update the bitrate
of the x264 encoder while it is running, but I have absolutely no idea of
how the function works or what codes it returns (it keeps returning 0). Is
there a man page, or does anybody know how x264_encoder_reconfig works or
how the hell I'm supposed to change the bitrate of a stream while it's
running?
