[x264-devel] Some questions about rc module.

Hi all:

    I have some questions about rc module in x264.

1. what is the blurred_complexity member of ratecontrol_entry_t means.
2. in line 1330, it says, "should test _next_ pict type". i do not know
  why here must do this judge, and how to do this.
3. there is a short-term word "RCEQ", what is that mean.
4. in the code, the QScale is maps to-and-from a QP, and it is amost
  linear to complexity of the coding image (multipling SATD). i do
  not know why QScale have features like these, and what about the
  other features of it.
