[x264-devel] regarding some functions

Can anyone please tell the input and output of the following functions?
1) x264_me_search_ref.. what dows it return (what does it change? or what is the output? ).
2) x264_mb_predict_mv_16x16, x264_mb_predict_mv_ref16x16 (same as above).
