[x264-devel] x.264 installation

Hello,
  I am trying to run x.264 from windows XP. During compiling process I have installed: (MinGW-5.0.0, MSYS-1.0.10, msysDTK-1.0.1).exe files one after another. After downloading and unzipping nasm-0.98.39-win32.zip, I can find the neither nasm.exe nor nasmw.exe and also any exe files in the package.
  Can anyone guide me that what may be the problem or introduce me some help for x.264 installation. Many thanks for any hints.
