[x264-devel] ffmpeg support

Hello,

I've downloaded x264's latest revision and ffmpeg's as well and have 
tried to compile.  They compile fine with ffmpeg having support for 
x264.  But when I try and convert a video via ffmpeg to h.264 (via x264) 
i get a message that says my video's resolution is 0x800 (which my video 
is 800x480).  Any suggestions?
