[x264-devel] how to build x264 with mp4_output enable

I downloaded the latest x264 source by
# svn co svn://svn.videolan.org/x264/trunk x264
 
I also downloaded the latest GPAC 
 
but how to build the project, I want to enable mp4_output suport, But it reported many errors.can anyone tell me how to build?
 
I have cygwin and msvc6.0 enviroment
