I had a look at your patch: since you are only adding support for
detecting and using Cell, and not actually adding any SPE code, I
won't commit it.

Please add a few SPE-accelerated routines, and I'll review and
hopefully commit it (I have an SSH access to a PS3 to test that
patch).
