[x264-devel] Stuttering Of Panning Scenes

agreed with the tearing.

With jerkiness, it could be a interlacing/pulldown/telecine issue.
I've not gone straight from dvd before with mencoder, (i mainly deal
with progressive CGI sources), but i do not see a source and/or target
framerate on that commandline, just the nointerlaced switch. What's
the source? 60i 50i 24p 30p? Is the output framerate correct? And is
it juddering, or randomly jerky? Do you get the same jerkiness if you
use any other mencoder codecs (or even uncompressed)?
