[x264-devel] Skip macroblock option.

Hi All,

Is it possible to keep skip macroblock in I slice only mode?

I am working on a video where 50% of macroblocks remain unchanged. I need a
very faster way of encoding. I am keeping only I slice in my video because
if I introduce P slice then motion compentation will take huge time. The
skip macrobock option (Though it is applicable for only P and B slice) can
reduce encoder's job dramatically.

Can any body suggest me how can I improve encoder performance in I slice
only mode?
