[x264-devel] libx264.so.58 big problem for my FC8 distro

Where did you get this package?

Current livna package is ffmpeg-0.4.9-0.41.20071011.lvn8.$arch.rpm,
so wherever you got it from, it wasn't from livna-stable.

Also, manually copying libx264.so.58 to /usr/lib won't make rpm happy,
because it has to be registered in rpmdb. You do that by installing an
appropriate rpm package, not by copying a file by hand.
