[x264-devel] x264 progress indication enhancement on windows

Hi everyone.

A while ago I made a thread
<http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=135905>on the doom9 forums
about a patch that I had made to make the progress
indication a bit better on windows.
It's a small patch that updates the title of the console window.

Anyhow, since then, and based on the feedback, I've updated the patch and I
now think it's ready to be included into the trunk (last post in thread for
final patch).

What do you think?
