The whole code is GPL, so I advise you to read the GPL licence
carefully before your start considering making some business out of
x264.

Also, it's possible that you will have to pay royalties to whatever
the committee that handles H.264-related things if you wanna make
money out of selling an H.264 encoder.

I'm not a lawyer, so don't trust me blindly ;-)
