[x264-devel] The License of X264 source code .

Dear Sir .

My name Trinh Ngoc Quoc Bao . I'm a software developer.
Now i want to modify the X264 source code to encode the uncompression
input video file into
compression H.264 standard output .
 After modify and rebuild this source code , maybe i want to develop
an business application that include that module .  Which constraint
our application must be satisfied ? Would you tell me detail about
this issue ?
