In 2 pass, it is not a problem, as abr_buffer is only checked against 
initial RC computation.

In first pass, you might have a good point. A possible strategy would be 
to have abr_buffer changing quite slowly at the beginning, and changing 
faster when we are near the end of video. What would you think about this?
