[x264-devel] [patch] control of maximum nalu size (multi-sclicing)

I would be interested in an updated patch too and I could spend some time looking into it. We are maintaining our own patch based on one that was submitted months ago, and I think I may have found the cause of some issues for number of slices > 4.

I'm willing to spend time improving the patch. An updated patch is a 
good starting point.
