[x264-devel] how to calculate required memory

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way (and what way) to calculate
(estimate) the memory needed to render and or to stream a h264 stream
encoded with x264.
What I can have is some information on the stream : profile, level,
(whatever else I may need).

By the way I'm also interested in the cpu required but I think this is not
possible to compute, is it ?
