Hi to all.

I usually convert video by command:

ffmpeg -i input -threads 6 -s 450x334 -f flv -vcodec libx264 -acodec
libmp3lame -ac 2 -ar 44100 -b 512k -ab 128k -deinterlace -bf 3 -subq 7 -cmp
256 -refs 5 -qmin 10 -qdiff 4 -coder 1 -trellis 1 -flags +mv4+loop -flags2
+bpyramid+wpred+mixed_refs+dct8x8 -partitions
parti4x4+parti8x8+partp4x4+partp8x8+partb8x8 -g 25 -keyint_min 25
-sc_threshold 40 -i_qfactor 0.71 -y output.h264.flv

And played it by flash and by VLC players. By using VLC player all that I
tried tarballs works well, but when playing by flash player (you may try it
by free flowplayer, for example) using x264 tarballs since 11/03 video have
artifacts - falling off rectangles. I tested following versions:

Date - Have artifacts

10/19 - No

11/02 - No

11/03 - No

11/09 - Yes

11/16 - Yes

11/25 - Yes

May be it is an Adobe bug, but may be bug is in libx264.

And, I'm sorry, but where can I upload example clip for your consideration?

Thanks.
