[x264-devel] MSVC project files

Hello,
It appears that the Visual Studio project files have not been updated recently.  I ran into a couple issues trying to compile the latest x264 snapshot:

- Need /Qstd=c99 on libx264 project compiler options to handle declarations occurring after executable statements in scope
- Need to add 'lookahead.c' to libx264 project
