[x264-devel] A question about blured_complexty formula

Hi,
I have a question about blured_complexty varible in the 
ratecontrol_entry structure and its relation to the q . I could not find 
any description about it in the code. what is the meaning of the 
blured_complexty?
My question is what is the relation between q and blur complexity ? I 
saw this relation in the get_qscale function q=pow(blured_complexity, 
1-qcompress). Is it based on the H264 standard?
