[x264-devel] How decode de 1st Intra frame?

Hi everyone, i'm programming a video encoder/decoder, the encoder part is
ready, now i¡m working on the decoder part, but i dont have clear how to
decode the first frame?it is a Intra frame, i can recover the residual from
the bitstream, but how can i get  the prediction to reconstruct the frame??
