[x264-devel] GPAC version check is wrong

Indeed I didn't used "copy" command - not sure what you mean there.
"make install-lib" put a copy of libgpac_static.a in my /usr/local/lib
directory, and x264's configure definitely sees it, cause i don't have
any other gpac library installed. Should I copy it to somewhere else?
