[x264-devel] Encoded by x264 - core 129 r2230 - cannot be decoded by HW chip RT1073DD

Hi, I am new here. Just wondering how to report this properly?
The Realtek 1073DD usually decodes fine the x264 FLVs, I tried several
videos made by
x264 - core 129 r2230 version and they cannot be recognized anymore.
The audio plays, the player displays info about the audio and clip length,
but the video is off.
