[x264-devel] Encoded by x264 - core 129 r2230 - cannot be decoded by HW chip RT1073DD

More info RT1073D chip HW decode problems:
It could be something related to the parameters/enclosure or the particular
binary Win32 build of the encoder used, not the x264 source itself.
All below play well on PC VLC. First one doesn't show video on RTD1073
based player - the other 3 do.
