[x264-devel] Exporting software using x.264

Dear someone in the x264 mailing list,

Hello, my name is Hiroko Ashida from NEC. Currently we are using x.264 as an
encoder for our software and we are planning to export our software to
foreign countries.

For this exportation, we need ECCN number or parameter sheet (maybe in Japan
only?). Could you let me know the ECCN number or parameter sheet??
