[x264-devel] Use external motion vectors

Sometimes we need to encode video with available motion vectors.
It may be:
1) encoding video from surveillance camera with embedded hardware
motion detector
2) transcoding from MPEG-2
3) encoding specific video where motion is found by external software


Is it possible now to pass motion vectors into x264 to skip
complicated step of motion detection?
