Hi, I have rejoin to this mailing list to ask other thing, when I read
this messages about "x264: 10 bit builds", I though that should share
our work, on this matter.
On this link https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2227#c0
you have the RFE
"The next vlc will expect an usual x264 to provides 8bit and a special
x26410b to provides 10bit encoding. "
So I think, for now, just (next) VLC need 10bit and expect x26410b ...
So I prefer our approach, which not depend on LD_LIBRARY_PATH but just
in the name of so, without conflicts.
I will read in more detail the Debian bug report, when I have free
time ...
Best regards,
