[x264-devel] x264 vbv setting mismatch

I don't think this is a problem at all.

I think I read that somewhere on doom9's forum which has several posts
about VBV and threads. A quick search returned this but it does not have a
detailed explanation: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=152950

Maybe someone else with better long term memory can point to more
information...
