[x264-devel] H.264 Developer Needed

I can try helping out if you can provide some more detail.
What are the bitrates and resolutions you need?
Are you using some adaptive streaming standard -- if yes, what is your
chunk (a.k.a. segment) duration? Any latency requirements?
