[x264-devel] libx264.a

Dear helpers,
i am doing a project and it's on arm. Somehow i need to use x264,source code and static library included, but i learn that i need to regenerate libx264.a because it's used in different platforms,i would appreciate it if someone can tell me how to regenerate it?thank you.
