[x264-devel] BinCountsInNALunits exceeds the limit

Hi,

I am getting an error from my H.264 analyzer:

BinCountsInNALunits (entropy_coding_mode_flag=1) shall not exceed (32/3) * NumBytesInVclNALunits + (RawMbBits * PicSizeInMbs) / 32.

It seems to an issue in the entropy coding. I am wondering what is causing that? Has anyone seen this issue before? Any help is appreciated.
