[x264-devel] branching/git question

Hi Chris,

The master branch should probably be considered pretty stable, and is generally fine for development. If you want to be extra sure, there’s a stable <http://git.videolan.org/?p=x264.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/stable> branch that’s a week or two behind master.
