[x265] some problemes in function of Lookahead::slicetypeDecide()

It looks in some cases, function of Lookahead::slicetypeDecide() doesn't update some varibles correctly.
1.when bframes==0, lastNonB hasn't been updated rightly;
2.when bFrameAdaptive==0 and bframes>0,  "pic->m_lowres.leadingBframes” and “pic->m_lowres.bLastMiniGopBFrame" hasn't been updated after calling slicetypeDecide(), these two variables will be used (by VBV estimation) later.
